Digital Product
The Sacco has formed a partnership with Safaricom where members can access digital devices with financing from the Sacco
- For a device amounting to
kshs . 20,000- should be payable in 6Months - For a device amounting to over
kshs . 20,000- should be payable in 12Months - Interest rate 5% per month on reducing balance
Member must come with a proforma invoice from Safaricom shop

Pamba Nyumba Loan
The Sacco has formed a partnership with House wife’s paradise ltd and Cute Kitchen Limited where members can access home appliances with financing from the Sacco.
- Should have portrayed consistency in repaying other Sacco loan facilities. Repayment period should be within 12 months
- Interest rate of 2.5 % per month on reducing balance
- Maximum loan amount KSh.70, 000.
Loan Eligibility
A member of the Society may be eligible for a loan only if the member:-
- Has contributed the minimum Shares/Deposits contribution for at least six months continuously.
- Has not defaulted on loans repayments.
- Is up to date in share contribution
- Has cleared any outstanding loan of the same type applied for.
- Has rested for a specified period for a particular loan applied for.
- The loan is fully guaranteed.
Loan Security
The Credit Committee shall require the member to give the following securities for loans:
Share
- Original Share certificates
- Duly executed blank transfer form
- Letter to the Company Secretary/ Registrar informing him/her that the shares are pledged to the Society
- Duly executed pledge form
Chattels (Movable Assets)
- Original
Log book or any document proving ownership - Duly executed blank transfer form
- Valuation Report of the Chattel (from a recognized Valuer)
- Duly executed Chattels Mortgage
Land (Immovable Assets)
- Original Title Deed
- Duly executed Charge
- Current land rent receipt (if applicable)
- Current land rates receipt (if applicable)
